This page explains how Takedownloads researches, writes, updates and corrects its game and app guides.
Who writes our content
Guides are written or reviewed by Md. Emam Hasan, the site’s founder. Every article carries an author byline and the date it was last updated.
How we research
- We start from the current version of the game or app and confirm steps in-game or on-device wherever possible.
- We cross-check details with official sources: developer websites, patch notes, wikis maintained by the developer, and official support pages.
- Where a step depends on platform (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Android, iPhone), we say so.
What we won’t publish
We do not publish or link to cheats, hacks, exploits, modded or pirated APKs, account-sharing schemes, or anything that breaks a game’s or app’s terms of service and could get your account banned. We don’t host downloads; where a guide needs an app or game, we link to the official store or developer site.
Keeping guides up to date
Games and apps update often. We review our guides regularly and after major patches, and we update or retire guides that no longer apply rather than leave outdated steps online.
Use of AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with research or drafting, but every guide is fact-checked, edited and approved by a person before it is published.
